Shipping and Delivery Policy

Digital delivery, not a courier shipment

Last updated: 17 October 2026. TypeFix AI sells software and prepaid credits. We do not ship boxes, devices, or other physical goods. Shipping charges are ₹0.

What is delivered

• Personal license: a download link for the Windows installer, TypeFix AI Setup, sent to the email used at checkout.
• Credit packs: the purchased credits added to the TypeFix account for that email, with a confirmation email.

Timeline

Delivery starts after the payment status is successful. The email is sent within 15 minutes in normal operation and no later than 24 hours. If you do not receive it, check the spam folder and then write to support@astuteresolutions.in with the order reference. We resend the link or grant the credits within 1 business day.

Where we deliver

Delivery is by email to anyone who can receive that email and run Windows 10 or Windows 11. There is no courier and no shipping charge. The installer is per user and does not require administrator rights.

Failed delivery

If we cannot deliver within 24 hours of a successful payment, you may ask for a full refund under the Refund and Cancellation Policy, or ask us to complete delivery. We do not mark an order delivered until the email has been sent or the credits have been granted.
