Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds and cancellations

Last updated: 17 October 2026. This policy applies to TypeFix AI Personal licenses and prepaid credit packs sold in Indian Rupees on astuteresolutions.in by Astute Solutions.

Cancellation before delivery

You may cancel an order by emailing support@astuteresolutions.in with your order reference before we send the installer link or add the credits to your account. If payment has been captured and delivery has not started, we cancel the order and refund the full amount paid.

Personal license refunds

If the Windows installer does not run on a supported Windows 10 or Windows 11 PC, email support within 7 days of delivery. Include the order reference and a short description of the failure. If we cannot provide a working build within 3 business days of that report, we refund the full amount paid for that license.

A license is not eligible for a refund after 7 days from delivery, or after you have used the assistant to complete corrections, except where Indian consumer law requires a remedy we cannot fix by replacement.

Credit pack refunds

Unused credits may be refunded if you email support@astuteresolutions.in within 7 days of the credit grant and you have not spent any of the purchased credits. The refund is the full price paid for that pack. Starter credits included with a new account are not purchased credits and are not refundable.

If a correction fails after credits were reserved, the product refunds that reserve to your credit balance. That restore is not a cash refund. A cash refund of a partly used pack is not available, except where the credits service is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours after your report, in which case we refund the price of the unused remainder of that pack.

How a refund is paid

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. We initiate the refund within 5 business days of approval. Banks and wallets commonly post the credit within 5 to 7 business days after that initiation. The maximum time from approval to the credit appearing is 15 business days.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@astuteresolutions.in.
  2. Include the order reference, the email used at checkout, and the reason.
  3. We confirm eligibility in writing within 2 business days.
